RIP OFF ALERT! I had to find a new dentist after my previous dentist was no longer on my insurance roster. Made an appointment and was instantly skeptical upon entering the Napier office. Upon entering, I could hear someone in an open door office trying to sell dental equipment? Sounded like a telemarketer. upon seeing the hygienist/dentist/dental room I was completely taken aback by the antiquated appearance of the equipment. The hygienist appeared to be straight out of/still in dental school and had to be coaxed by Napier the entire time. It took a few minutes for them to figure how to get some of the faulty equipment running. The hygienist at one time dropped the vacuum piece that goes into your mouth. Had a sealant on one tooth applied only to fall out in a few days. Tried to talk to Napier a few times on the phone about the sealant problem and was told that she was out of the office. This is a one dentist office, why would she not be there? The list kind of goes on and on. Six months later I find another dentist for my checkup and was told that the teeth Napier wanted to charge 600 bucks to fix were fine. Napier only seems to be in it for the money, or likes to try to take advantage of someone she does not know? Filed a complaint with my insurance company and to my surprise, Napier is no longer on the insurance roster! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HAGGED OLD RIPOFF ARTIST!!!
